PASTEL DE POLLO

Ingredients

* 2 chicken breasts
* 2 tomatoes, peeled
* 1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley
*
* Mass:
* 2 cups flour
* 1 stick margarine
* 1 egg
* 1 pinch baking powder
* Oil for frying
* Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook chicken in water with salt and deshébralo. Blend the tomato.

Fry onions in hot oil until transparent, add tomatoes, shredded chicken, parsley, salt and pepper, leaving season.

To form the dough, beat the margarine, gradually adding flour, baking powder and 3 tablespoons of cold water.

On a floured surface roll the dough with a rolling pin to form a thin layer.

Grease and flour a round cake pan, cover them with half of the dough, stuffed with shredded chicken, cover with half of the dough.

Pica cake with a fork, barnízalo with beaten egg and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.

Malaysian Satay

The marinade:

1 tsp coriander powder
2 stalks lemon grass
6 Charl bedframe onion (red)
2 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons cooking oil
2 teaspoons gurmeja powder
4 tsp Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce)
1 tablespoon oyster

1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

1 teaspoon cumin (optional)

2 teaspoons coconut milk (optional)



You will also need:

Several skewers
1 cucumber
several red onions


1st Mix marinade ingredients in a bag. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for a few hours or overnight. Then take the chicken from the bag. Thread the chicken on skewers and grill or fry them for 3-5 minutes on each side.

2nd Add the skewers on a platter with rice, cucumber and red onion, served with peanut sauce.



Peanut sauce:



4 tablespoons unsalted peanuts

1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

1 ½ tablespoons sugar (preferably brown sugar)

¼ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons cooking oil

2 tablespoons tamarind

3 dried red chilies (optional)

3 cloves garlic

2 stalks lemon grass

2-3 tablespoons ginger

3 shallots

1 tablespoon coriander powder (optional)

1.5 cups coconut milk



1st Crush the peanuts with a mortar (or run them in the blender), set them back to the top sidan.Formulärets

2nd Chop the ingredients finely, Heat oil and fry the ingredients until it is aromatic and spicy smells. Add the peanuts, tamarind sauce, water, sugar, sweet soy sauce and mix thoroughly, cook in low heat while you continue to stir for about 3minutes until the peanut sauce is smooth.

3rd Serve at room temperature with Satay.

4th The sauce can also be worn to other grilled meats or as a dip for vegetables.

Semlor

Buns
75 grams butter
2.5 cups milk
25 grams yeast
1.5 pinch salt
0.5 cup sugar
7.5 cups plain flour
1 tsp cardamom, ground
1 cup egg for brushing

Filling
300 grams almond paste
1 cup milk
3 cups whipping cream
icing sugar

Cooking
1st Melt the butter in a saucepan, pour in 2.5 cups milk and heat to lukewarm (37 degrees).

2nd Crumble yeast into a bowl and stir in a bit of liquid.

3rd Add the rest of degspadet, salt, sugar, cardamom and most of the flour (save some for later). Working together for a smooth, shiny dough that drop from the edges. Add dough to rise under a cloth for about 40 minutes.

4th Remove the dough on a breadboard. Bake into a bun per person by rolling the dough against the work surface in your cupped hand.

5th Place buns on a baking tray with parchment paper and let them rise another 30 minutes, to almost double in size. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.

6th Brush buns with egg and bake them about 10 minutes in the oven. Let them cool on a rack in cloth.

7th Cut off a lid on each bun. Remove one of the giblets and place in a bowl. Crumble almond paste, mix and dilute with 1 cup milk to a fairly loose batter.

8th Divide the filling into the buns. Whip cream and add a hefty clicks in each bun. Put the lid on, sift a little icing over buns.

Västerbottensostpaj

Ingredients

Pastry:

125 g Norrmejerier Butter

3 cups flour

1 tablespoon water

Filling:

150 g grated Västerbotten

3 eggs

2 cups whipped cream Norrmejerier

1 pinch black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Mix butter and flour in food processor until a crumbly mass. Add water and mix together to form a smooth dough. Press out the dough in a pie dish (24 cm in diameter). Prick the form at the bottom and place in the oven about 10 minutes. Beat eggs and cream, add cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pour cheese filling into pie shell and bake about 20 minutser until pie is set. Allow to cool.

Arrox con Pollo

Ingredients:

* 3 lbs chicken pieces
* about a cup of Crisco
* 1 can pimentos (sliced)
* ½ bottle stuffed olives
* 28 oz can tomatoes
* 2 bay leaves
* 15 oz tomato sauce
* 4 cups rice
* 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
* 1 tsp saffron
* 2 large onions (chopped)
* salt and pepper to taste
* 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
* 1 can peas

1. Brown chicken in crisco.
2. Add sausages and cook (I take out some of the grease before adding the rest of the ingredients).
3. Then add tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, onions, garlic, bay leaves, saffron, salt and pepper.
4. Simmer until chicken is tender.
5. Remove chicken and add rice.
6. Cook on medium high until liquid is absorbed.
7. Then cover tightly and steam until rice is done.
8. When serving, add can of heated peas and pimientos over the top.
9. Arrange chicken around the sides (or remove chicken from bones and add to rice) parsley may also be used to decorate.

Singapore Spring rolls

Ingredients
● 1 package egg roll
● 2 Yellow onion
● 30gm garlic
● 700gm cabbage
● 1 st iceberg lettuce
● 2 carrot
● 1 tablespoon sugar
● 3 tablespoons soy sauce (preferably light variety)
● Hoisin sauce

Do this
1st Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic in blender. Cut lettuce, cabbage and carrots into thin strips match.

2nd Fry the onion and garlic by 10 min with 5 tablespoons oil, save half of the mixture. Mix in cabbage, carrots and cook 15-20 minutes. Lift out and let cool.

3rd Spread onion and garlic sauce on the spring rolls, place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the middle, fold the edges and roll into a roll. Cut into smaller pieces. Serve.
